It's true there are many ways for you to get burned by shoddy, low priced contractor work. In a down economy, that problem gets even worse. But Breyer Construction & Landscape has been in business for several years, and we will be around long after the opportunists have gone, leaving many homeowners hanging.
When you hire us, we're looking at that long road ahead. We want you to hire us for your next project, not fixing an old one. To help put your mind at ease, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our work.
Matt is a man of his word. After completion of our deck, it was discovered that Breyer was given a piece a material to support the deck that did not meet their standards. Matt was quick to respond and effectively fixed the problem. Because Matt was so responsive and professional, we will be looking to his expertise to help us with landscaping needs. When Breyer says 100% satisfaction guaranteed—they mean it!

Our Promise and Lifetime Warranty
This limited warranty is between Breyer Construction & Landscape, LLC. (BC&L) and the original purchaser.
If the structure of the deck is ever compromised due to our workmanship, BC&L, at its discretion, will repair or rebuild the deck free of charge.
This warranty covers BC&L's labor portion of the project, not the materials. Some materials may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Please see us or the manufacture if you have a specific concern.
This warranty does not cover any 3rd party damage (i.e. using the area/item in a fashion other than it was intended and designed for). This warranty does not cover any “Acts of God” (although your homeowner's insurance might).
This also does not cover damages that result from owner's neglect. Specifically, it is the owner's responsibility to inspect their decks once a year to see if any handrails, deck boards, or supports appear to be loose or damaged. If damage is suspected, please contact us immediately to schedule a BC&L inspection.
The exact wording and specifics of this warranty are subject to change or adjustment in the future at our discretion.
It's simple, but it means what it says; if we did something wrong, we will take care of it.
If you did something to damage the deck and need a repair done, we're still willing to work with you to get things corrected in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost.
