To everyone at Breyer Construction who worked on our recent deck and patio project:
Bob and I are so appreciative of the fabulous new look you have brought to the back of our house. You were so helpful from the very first time you came to our house to talk to us about our vague concept of what we wanted in the way of a replacement deck. Our old deck was years old, and the wood had begun splitting and the nails were popping loose. Until we had the new deck, we didn't even realize how little use we were getting out of the old deck due to its uninviting state.
Most amazingly, the finished product is so much better than any concept we could have created alone! It had never dawned on us to create a patio area in the place of the back portion of the deck that we had rarely, if ever, used over the years. So, now we have a lovely, functional paved area with stone benches and storage that will really meet the needs of our family. Bob loves having the grill on the back patio near the kitchen, rather than having to pull it out into our driveway, as we have done for years!
For me, one of the best aspects of the new deck area is the mixed use of the composite products. We never knew that the products could be mixed-and-matched in order to get the most beautiful and practical combination of materials. Your suggestions were right on target!
Lastly, we would like to thank all of your employees for being so professional and friendly. Their efforts made the time go by quickly and painlessly. We chose your company from the many who contacted us with offers of estimates, etc., primarily because of your Ethics Clause on your web page, which no other company provided. We found, in the end, that our choice was the perfect one. Your entire staff went to the extreme to keep us informed and satisfied—and it worked! We will call you back for our next big building project!
Thanks again for all you did to make our project a success. Our neighbors keep telling us how great our new deck and patio look!

Dear John and Matt,
We recently decided to add a deck to our home. We did what most people do, get a few estimates and compare. Breyer Construction was our third estimate and not only were they the least expensive but they were the most versatile to adjust the options to meet our budget. They are very professional to work with and maintain the highest level of customer service and integrity. We ran into a snag when a pipeline crossing our property halted the progress of the deck. They worked with us and the pipeline company to adjust the design of the deck to allow the work to eventually continue to completion. John and Matt were great to work with and updated us on each step of the deck construction day by day until it was competed. Their workmanship was superb and we will be expressing our highest recommendation to anyone who asks us about our new beautiful deck.

It's the day after our ramp was completed. How beautiful and helpful to us. We will be grateful to you till the Lord takes us home.
John and Jeremiah dedicated themselves to the project and wasted no time each time they were here. The weather did not cooperate with them so much. But, now it's done and we cannot express our heartfelt thanks for all who were involved with it, Matt, John, and Jeremiah.
