Below is our warranty, which is available on all custom composite deck projects that are built after January 1, 2007.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty
If the structure of the deck is ever compromised due to our workmanship, BC&L, at its discretion, will repair or rebuild the deck free of charge.
This warranty is between BC&L (Breyer Construction & Landscape, LLC.) and the original purchaser.
This warranty covers BC&L's labor portion of the project, not the materials. Some materials may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. (Please see us or the manufacture if you have a specific concern).
This warranty does not cover any 3rd party damage (i.e. using the area/item in a fashion other than it was intended and designed for). This warranty does not cover any “Acts of God.” (Although your homeowner’s insurance might).
This also does not cover damages that result from owner’s neglect. Specifically it is the owner’s responsibility to inspect their decks once a year to see if any handrails, deck boards, or supports appear to be loose or damaged.
(If damage is suspected, please contact us immediately to schedule a BC&L inspection.)
The exact wording and specifics of this warranty are subject to change or adjustment in the future at our discretion.
It’s simple, but it means what it says; if we did something wrong, we will take care of it.
(And if you did something to damage the deck and need a repair done, we’re still willing to work with you to get things corrected in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost.)
